I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and New Jersey. I believe that healing and personal growth is a process, and it is my goal to come alongside you, wherever you are in your process and walk with you on your journey. My role as your counselor is to provide you with a safe space and to work with you in order to reach your goals and overcome obstacles that may be holding you back. I believe in a holistic counseling approach, focusing on how the body, mind, and spirit all play significant roles in our overall health. Sessions: Sessions are 45 minutes long, typically one day per week. Fee per session is $175. Sliding scale is available with proof of income. Payment can be made electronically with debit/credit card. Insurance: At this time, I do not take insurance. I am an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may then choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your coverage.
